Who we are

Master Barbers is a barbershop at 3419 Galt Ocean Dr, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. This policy explains what information we collect through masterbarbersfl.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you book an appointment online, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The service, barber, date and time you choose
• Any notes you add to your booking

Like most websites, our site also automatically collects basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, change or cancel your appointment
• To send booking confirmations and contact you about your visit
• To keep an internal record of appointments
• To understand how visitors use the site and keep it secure and working properly

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Services we use

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site and our bookings. They only receive what they need to provide their service:

• Amelia (online booking system on our website)
• Google (Gmail and Google Sheets for appointment records; Google Maps embedded on our Contact page)
• Bluehost (website hosting)
• Jetpack / WordPress.com (site security, performance and basic visitor statistics)

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to make the site and booking form work and to see general visitor statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site, such as online booking, may not work properly without them.

How long we keep it

We keep booking information only as long as we need it to manage appointments and keep reasonable business records. After that, it is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Appointments for kids should be booked by a parent or guardian.
